	Available Updates The 1000 contacts that come with PhotoJobsDatabase (Standard and Deluxe) and contacts in the Supplement Lists are updated 3 times/year. These updates are available only to registered users. Also included is contact data, company profiles, magazine circulation data, and advertising agency clients.

Our Supplemental Lists include hundreds more of our gold-standard contacts, giving you more depth in categories such as Magazines and Ad Agencies. These lists are easily imported into your PJD software.

PhotoJobsDatabase continually provides up-to-date information for these 1000 and Supplemental contacts. Think of our dedicated researchers as your personal assistants, verifying data three times each year and making hundreds of updates.

1st Update of the 1,000 Contacts is FREE!

Our contacts are not subscription based so you don’t have to worry about losing access to updated contacts because you haven’t renewed your subscription. You have the option of utilizing our updates at any time.

The first update of the 1,000 contacts is FREE. Thereafter you pay only a nominal fee of $29 whenever you'd like to update your list. Do it three times a year – or not. It’s completely your choice. Please note that once you have received your free update for a Standard edition, upgrading to the Deluxe edition does not qualify for another free update.

Updates of the Supplemental Lists are also available three times each year - and you pay only $10 per update! (No free updates for Supplements.)

Advanced Import System For Greater Flexibility

After downloading the updated software, your own contacts, and all Classifications, History notes, and Shipping information will automatically import from your old PhotoJobsDatabase. Our advanced import system then lets you decide whether to keep our new updated information for the 1000 contacts on a contact-by-contact and field-by-field basis. You can also import your documents (Deluxe only) and schedule from your old PhotoJobsDatabase.

Additional Information

When you purchase or request a free update for the 1000 contacts found in our Deluxe or Standard software, you will receive a download of the latest version of the software in most cases. System enhancements, if any, will be included with these contact updates. Due to the large size of the files, even when compressed (about 20 MB), a high speed internet connection is recommended. If you do not have a high-speed internet connection, a CD with the updated/upgraded file can be shipped to you for an additional shipping and handling fee. Updates of the Supplement Lists do not include software. They are imported as a file directly into your existing PJD software.
