Photo Jobs Database Technical Support
We offer a number of technical support options: a printed User’s Guide, pull-down Help file within the software, and "Read Me" and "New Features" PDF's located inside the Photo Jobs Database folder. In addition, registered users of Photo Jobs Database can submit an email using the form at right.
We try to return email submissions promptly Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST. Please allow longer response time after business hours and during weekends. Support is not available during holidays.
Photo Jobs Database telephone support is also available to registered users during business hours from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday. It is not available during evenings, weekends, or holidays. Telephone support is free for the first 30 days from the date of registration.
